This trip is a little different from the others we've taken over the last 2 years. We really wanted to visit South America but wasn't sure about traveling from place to place for workaway. We decided on cruising the "horn" of South America and then found a cruise that actually extends to the Antarctica Penisula. It is a 3 week cruise starting in Buenos Aires, Argentina and ends in Valpariso (Santiago), Chile. We flew from Tulsa to Buenos Aires, Argentina to board our ship, the MS Zaandam on Holland America for our cruise.

We knew we would need to work out a lot to keep the weight off so we hit the gym on our first day. This was our view from the treadmill overlooking Buenos Aires at the port.
We were in Buenos Aires overnight before our ship departed the following evening. Bon Voyage to Buenos Aires.
