Today marks one week for us in Egliseneuve d'Entraigues. We still have not mastered how the second part of this town is pronouced but we know the first part and we are told that is all that matters. The first part of the town's name means "New Church." We like that!
On Monday, David and Alexander drove to the city of Clermont Ferrand (about an hour away) to get some supplies for the items they want David to build/make. They left around 10 a.m. and didn't return until after 8 p.m.
We went for a run/walk on Tuesday and took a few pictures of the country side along the way.

On Wednesday, David was still working on getting the window putty put in one of the rooms, so Linda went blackberry picking on her own just outside of the village.

We are having a really good time here and workng a lot. However, Alexander and Anita are great to be around and they too work very hard running their business. We haven't gotten out of the village much, but don't mind at all helping them take care of things around here. We do have plans to take certain days off and travel to other villages for the afternoon. Please stay tuned and we will certainly keep you updated on every adventure.
